We recommend changing the blade after 6 to 10 shaves.
Does it make hair thicker and darker?
Does it make hair thicker and darker?
As early as 1928, a clinical study showed that shaving does not affect hair growth. Newer studies confirm that it does not change the thickness or the growth speed of new hair. Also, shaving only removes the dead part of the hair, so it is very unlikely to have any effect at all.
Why is the Skinfleek razor better than plastic ones?
Why is the Skinfleek razor better than plastic ones?
Shaving with Skinfleek helps reduce skin irritation, razor burn and ingrown hairs: common problems with disposable razors. The main advantage is that with Skinfleek only one high-quality blade touches your skin, for a precise, smooth shave.
Razors with several blades, on the other hand, often do more harm than good. The blades cut the hair too close to the skin, sometimes below the surface, which can trap the hair under the skin. When the hair grows back, it can curl and turn into an ingrown hair, causing painful bumps and irritation. Multi-blade razors also catch and pull the hair, which raises the risk of irritation even more.
For example, with a 3-blade razor, if you go over the same spot three times, your skin gets 15 blade passes. With Skinfleek, every pass is with just one sharp, long-lasting blade. The fewer times your skin meets a blade, the less irritation you get, and a lower risk of ingrown hairs means smoother, healthier skin.
Can the razor rust?
Can the razor rust?
Our razor is made of high-quality, rust-resistant metal. Still, like any metal, it can corrode if it is not looked after properly.
To make your razor last a long time, keep it clean and dry and store it in a cool, dry place.

How do I clean the razor after use?
Rinse your razor after every use.
Rinse the back of the razor head with water to remove any hairs that may be stuck there.
It is best to open the head so you can rinse it well.
Then dry it and store it in a cool, dry place (it is very important that the razor and the blades are dry after use).

Hair growth is different for everyone. It usually takes 3 to 5 days after shaving.
Can I use other blades with your razor?
Can I use other blades with your razor?
Yes, you can use other blades with our razor, because they are a standard size.
We do recommend high-quality blades, though, because blade quality directly affects your shave. For the best results, we recommend Skinfleek blades, which are designed for the best performance and comfort.
How do I shave with Skinfleek?
Pressure: Don't press the razor hard against your skin. Just let it glide over your skin under its own weight.
⎼
Short strokes: Instead of one long stroke, which makes cuts more likely, shave with short strokes.
Try NOT to go over the same spot many times. This reduces friction on your skin.
⎼
Angle: Control the angle of your razor. Aim for an angle of 30-35 degrees.
⎼
Assembled correctly: If your razor is not put together correctly, it will not work. Make sure the smooth side of the bottom part of the HEAD faces the handle. See the photos and video below on how to assemble it correctly.
⎼
Small steps: Take it slow until you get used to this new way of shaving.
The right way to assemble your razor
How to assemble your razor
1. Unscrew the handle and take off the razor head.
2. Carefully place the blade between the two top parts. The smooth side of the bottom part of the head must face the handle.
3. Put it back together by screwing the handle back on.
1. Wet your skin well with warm water and exfoliate with our strawberry body scrub. Rub it in and massage for a few minutes, then rinse. This step smooths your skin and helps reduce ingrown hairs.
⎼
2. Apply vanilla shaving butter to your skin (you can also use regular shaving foam or any other product you are used to).
⎼
3. Shave with short strokes. This makes it easier to keep the right angle and control your razor. Don't press. Let the razor glide over your skin under its own weight.
⎼
4. Use little or no pressure. The weight of the razor is enough.
⎼
5. When you shave your legs, take extra care around the knees, the ankles and the back of the ankles.
⎼
6. Finish with our hydrating after-shave cream to lock in the smooth result and avoid dryness and irritation.
Remember to change the blade at least every 5 shaves.
